Jessica Marchegiano, Esq. is the Director of Estate Planning Strategies at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since May 2019. An experienced estate attorney, she is passionate about providing smart, thoughtful estate and trust planning and administration.
Partnering with our clients’ advisory teams, Jessica works with the advisors and other subject matter experts at Cassaday to make sure plans are up to date, comprehensive, and reflect the industry’s leading-edge best practices pursuant to our integrated, comprehensive wealth management strategy.
An attorney since 2002, in 2008, Jessica became partner at Conway & Pannell, PLLC, a boutique legal services firm dedicated to providing comprehensive estate, tax, gift and charitable planning solutions for clients throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Jessica’s focus is to provide peace of mind to her clients through carefully crafted plans that ensure the legacy they envision becomes a reality. She works tirelessly to identify and understand personal values and goals for each client’s estate so that assets are protected both now and for future generations.
Jessica has established JM Law, PLLC to work with Cassaday & Company, Inc. clients and other clients with estate planning needs.
In addition to her roles at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and JM Law, PLLC, Jessica serves on the Legacy Planning Advisory Committee of the Virginia Hospital Center Foundation and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Women’s Health and Empowerment Circle.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in Maryland and Virginia.
Jessica resides in Herndon with her two daughters and is active in the local community and her daughters’ school. A former runner who completed the Army Ten-Miler, Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run, and Wilson Bridge Half Marathon, she is now a Peloton enthusiast. Most weekends you can find her cheering on her daughters as they compete on the soccer field.
