Independence
We are independent; we are not employees of a bank, brokerage firm, mutual fund or insurance company. We have no proprietary products or programs. We are free to recommend products and strategies from anearly unlimited menu. Independent advisors are perceived to be more impartial and objective.
Experience
There is no substitute for the skill and judgment that comes from having decades of hands-on experience managing money. Our senior planning staff has a thorough understanding and working knowledge of many complex financial planning issues that our clients face today. We have been 'around the block' and understand what it takes to do the job properly over the long term. Our professionals have instant access to information that allows us to maneuver within the financial markets and apply this knowledge to benefit our clients.
Client Advisory Board
Our Client Advisory Board (CAB) was formed to bring the “representative voice” of the client to the planners and staff at Cassaday & Company. They provide us with advice, opinions and guidance that we use to improve the services offered by our firm.
As an integral part of our client-centered approach, the CAB members meet with our senior staff several times a year to discuss how effectively we are meeting the needs of our clients, and offer their suggestions from the format of our reports to the comfort of our office décor. CAB also offers their observations of the marketplace, and frequently suggests strategies, products or services for our consideration.
We value their suggestions and greatly appreciate their contributions on behalf of all of our clients.
