Giving Back

At Cassaday and Company, we are committed to giving back and making our community a better place. Our employees contribute to numerous causes, and are dedicated to serving our community.

The Cassaday & Company Charitable Fund
In order to encourage charitable giving, a donor advised fund has been created at Cassaday and Company.

Our fund's mission is:
To support individuals and organizations with the goal of creating opportunities that otherwise would not exist by providing basic necessities such as food, water, medical care, refuge, shelter, sanctuary, education and training.

The fund allows for employees, and clients, to donate to causes that support the fund's mission. As an added incentive, Cassaday and Company matches all employee fund donations.

The Cassaday & Company Charitable Fund Board of Trustees

The fund's board of trustees researches local and national charities to determine the beneficiaries of the fund and allocation of distributions. Additionally the board is dedicated to improving support of the fund.

The current organizations that the Cassaday Charitable Fund supports are: 

  • Wounded Warrior Project

    The mission of Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Their purpose is to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service men and women, to help injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

  • So Others Might Eat

    SOME (So Others Might Eat) is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital. They meet the immediate daily needs of the people we serve with food, clothing, and health care. They help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor, the elderly and individuals with mental illness.

  • Youth for Tomorrow

    Youth for Tomorrow is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and compassionate environment for at-risk youth who have been abandoned, abused, or otherwise alienated from family and community. Their mission is to provide these children the opportunity and motivation to focus their lives and develop the confidence, skills, intellectual ability, spiritual insight and moral integrity to become responsible and productive members of society.

  • Adopt a Highway Spot

    Cassaday and Company is also committed to helping keep the community clean. We have an “adopted” section of Route 7 in Vienna, VA, and annually clean up the one mile stretch of highway.
